The only thing you need to do to register for Convention is to submit your Registration Form!

You must be a current collegiate or active alum member to attend our virtual convention. If you are not currently an active alum, but would like to be please reach out to our VP of Alum and Alum at Large Delegates at alumatlarge@gammarholambda.org.

This year we've added a new Chapter registration form for each Chapter to submit their delegates and share some information we'll need for Convention! Use the Chapter Registration form once per Chapter.

Every year, each chapter and provisional chapter sends two delegates to our Convention to represent the Chapter, attend educational sessions, and share what they've learned with their Chapter. 

There will be specific sessions each day that are required for chapter delegates, so they should be members who are available for most of the Convention schedule. After Convention, these delegates get to share with their Chapter siblings everything they've learned - some important national information and updates and the wonderful connections made with national siblings. 

Chapter delegates are required and should be listed in the Chapter Registration form. 

Gamma Rho Lambda's National President Violet Benn and incoming VP of Programming Braden Butka will send out communication regarding Convention via email in May, June, and July. It is the responsibility of the member(s) who maintain Chapter GMail inboxes to pass this information along to the rest of the chapter and provisional chapter in meetings and online communication.

Any communication posted by and between members who are not on National Council is *not* considered official Convention communication (e.g. Facebook posts) and should not be utilized as official information.

Convention has historically always been in mid to late July, as it's geared towards our collegiate members who can typically travel more easily during the summer months and to help prepare Chapters for their fall semester, which usually starts in August or September. 

Absolutely! Every GRL Convention feels like a holiday that we look forward to every year!

We're excited to offer lots of ways to connect virtually with other siblings about anything from GRL, to identity, to cats!
