Why did you join GRL?
I joined GRL partially because it was my first time seeing an entire organization dedicated to having an LGBT+ space, coming from a Catholic highschool. That being said, I mostly joined because I met and loved the people that were in it, and I wanted them in my lives.

Why did you start volunteering nationally?
As someone from South Louisiana, I understand how necessary it is to have spaces like this, especially in areas that are less LGBT+ friendly. I want to do what I can to give others everything that GRL has given to me.

What do you like most about being on National Council?
I love the people I get to work with and seeing how passionate they are about what they do, and I love hearing from our members how much this organization has benefited them.
